Detailed description:
Hi,
I use two additional monitors, one via USB-C and the other via HDMI. The HDMI port works in a very unusual way. If I do not carry out certain steps (see Cases) before turning on the computer, the monitor connected to the HDMI port monitor is detected, although no signal is sent out. The system was reinstalled, unfortunately, it did not change anything. There have been several similar threads on this subject, but none of them has an exact answer on how to fix this problem. In a similar thread number 5, user ZT-392c5afa mentions that windows 10 has some problems with the gpu drivers, although I do not see any confirmation of this fact.
All drivers are up-to-date.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem, or has any ideas what might be helpful?
Cases:
- If the computer is turned off with HDMI and USB-c cables plugged in, and then the computer is turned on with the cables also plugged in, the HDMI monitor will be detected, but no signal will be sent to it
- If the computer is turned off with HDMI and USB-c cables plugged in, and then turned on with the cables disconnected, after connecting the monitors, the signal is sent to HDMI. Everything works correctly. I don't know exactly when the monitors can be connected. I always plug in cables after booting the system
- If the computer is turned off without the HDMI and USB-C cables connected, and then the computer is turned on with the cables plugged in, the signal is sent to the HDMI port. Everything works correctly.
- If the computer is turned off with the HDMI and USB-C cables connected, cables are not disconnected meanwhile, and then the computer is quickly turned on (a few seconds, maybe half a minute after turning off), the signal is sent to the HDMI port. Everything works correctly.

Dual external screen (USB-C port with the HDMI port) works only in certain cases (UX581G)
