May I know the system version you are using and whether it is the one provided by us?
Based on your description, the issue could be due to a system malfunction or a conflict between the driver version and the system.
If the problem persists, I would recommend taking your laptop to a repair center for further investigation.

If your system was downloaded from Microsoft, then I believe the system should not have any issues.
However, based on your description, it seems that the problem occurred after a system update. Therefore, it is possible that the issue is caused by a specific software or driver update during this process.
Could you please provide the current BIOS version, system version (operating system build number), and a screenshot of the update list for your laptop?
This will help us further investigate the issue.
Thank you.
