Hi I have a vivibook tp412FA it seems when I reinstall windows everything works and once all the drivers get installed the touchpad and keyboard stop working an external keyboard works I was told this could be a hardware issue but if I reinstall windows and keep it off the internet windows updates doesn't run and it works then when I put it online it updates and stops working I.
