Detailed description:
Since I bought this laptop, it has been suffering from interrupted touchpad. I thought this was how it supposed to be until lately I met a new friend who happen to own the same device. He pointed me to this thread https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/39758/zenbook-ux550ge-touchpad-problems which clearly, I should've done an RMA so that the touchpad firmware can be updated at Asus factory. Hence, I wonder if my device is eligible to this repair. Could someone please help? I purchased an Asus ROG M16 but I am still using the device daily and would like to have this fixed.

Falcon_ASUSThank you for the response. The issue is that if this is a repair needed by Asus's factory to conduct firmware upgrade, why should I pay?https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/62707/zenbook-ux550ge-touchpad-problems
