Falcon_ASUSSorry for any inconvenience it may be caused. Please test with an external keyboard, test what you call these not working characters, could these characters work normally on an external keyboard?
If these characters can be used normally on the external keyboard, it means that the keyboard of the laptop itself may be wrong, and it is recommended to send it for repair.
