Auto shutdown on battery mode

      I bought an ASUS TUF F15 about 1.3 years ago, but I've been facing an

      issue for a long time. My laptop shuts down automatically when running on

      battery power. If the device is unplugged and I try to turn it on, it

      shuts down during startup. Also, whenever I try to play games on battery

      mode, it shuts down again. I have taken the laptop to technical support

      three times. The issue gets fixed temporarily, but it returns after a few

      days. Please help me resolve this problem.

Could you please let me know the complete model of the laptop you are using?
Have you updated the BIOS and system to the latest version?
If you restore the system, does the situation improve?

Yes, I have updated the BIOS and system to the latest version.
I have taken it for service three times, but the issue returns after about a month each time.
