Technical Issue Description:
I recently purchased the ROG Strix SCAR 18 – 2025 Edition, and I’ve been encountering a recurring issue when using the device for professional tasks such as video editing, 3D design software, or when connecting it to an external display via HDMI.
The issue is as follows: the screen suddenly turns white, all open applications are forcibly closed, and then the screen returns with a different resolution than the original default. This problem happens frequently during intensive work sessions, severely affecting productivity and often forcing me to switch to another device to complete my tasks.

It is recommended that you try using a different HDMI cable and connect the laptop to another monitor to check if the issue persists.
Uninstall the graphics card and then reinstall the driver (please use the driver provided on our website, not the one from the graphics card manufacturer's website).
If the issue remains, I would suggest backing up your data and restoring the system before checking again.
If you have a newly purchased laptop, it is also recommended that you contact the dealer to see if a return or exchange is possible.
