Zenscreen not working with VivoBook

SWebb

Hi everyone,

I just got rid of my Chromebook as I needed something more powerful. I have a ZenScreen (MB166C) and want to use it with my ASUS VivoBook 15 X515. I plugged it in...doesn't connect.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Fixes?

@SWebb
Could you please tell me the full model name of the laptop you are using?
Thank you.

@SWebb
Unfortunately, the USB TYPE-C of X515MA does not support display. Therefore, it is normal that the screen cannot be displayed when you connect the external monitor through USB TYPE-C.

Is it possible to connect the ZenScreen through the HMDI slot with a USB-C/HDMI cable??
