cannot find drives windows 11

We're getting the "cannot find drives when installing Windows 10" errors:
We have tried downloading the drivers and disabling bios settings as mentioned here:

Nothing works
Please advise this is urgent.

Hi, You can try any of the below methods to find drivers in Windows:

1. Update Disc Drivers

2. Scan your device for viruses and malware

3. Assign a new drive letter

Why would you want to downgrade a new Windows11 laptop with a 9-year-old OS that will be phased out end 2025? You will have nothing but driver and UEFI issues for the next 2 years 😐
