keyboard touchpad and touchacreen not working

Hi I have a vivibook tp412FA it seems when I reinstall windows everything works and once all the drivers get installed the touchpad and keyboard stop working an external keyboard works I was told this could be a hardware issue but if I reinstall windows and keep it off the internet windows updates doesn't run and it works then when I put it online it updates and stops working I. Running bios 308 latest one on Asus website for my model

Could you please provide me with the BIOS version you are currently using?

This problem usually arises due to outdated drivers so you can try reinstalling them. If this is not the reason then maybe the touchpad settings on your laptop are disabled or your laptop might be infected with malware.

I hope the issue has been solved now . If not, you can try downgrading to windows 10 and then upgrading to Windows 11 again.
