I had this laptop for 2 years and when I bought it i made an ASUS account and I registered my product. Meanwhile, I reinstalled my windows and the ARMOURY CRATE application got deleted. In order for me to install it, they force me to make an asus account and register my product to install the "Uninstall Tool". Currently, I am using my ASUS account, where I registered my product 2 years ago but it says I have 0 products registered and when I try to register it, it says that my product is already registered.
