Asus laptop x1704VA

Hi!
I bought asus laptop x1704VA
Eventhough it is mentioned on a product page that ti is flicker free, i fill eyestrain if reduce the brightness below 100%.
The datasheet of a panel also says it has flicker on 10000Hz.

How can I eliminate this flickering?

this not actually "each user's subjective perception" and "tolerance level".  Please do not mislead buyers with these beautiful terms.
Asus FX705 did not cause me any problems.
