Help with Dell Docking Station WD19S

Hi All,

I have a works Dell Docking Station (WD19S) that uses a USB C to connect to my works laptop, but also works with my MacBook.  However, I have just purchased an Asus Vivobook (X1505) but I cannot connect it via the USB C port.

Simply, it doesn't appear to detect a signal from the laptop to the monitors.

Any help or suggestions?

Could you please provide the complete model number of the laptop you are using?
This will allow me to confirm whether it supports the specifications.

Actually I’ve just updated the BIOS to V302
