Help with Dell Docking Station WD19S

Hi All,

I have a works Dell Docking Station (WD19S) that uses a USB C to connect to my works laptop, but also works with my MacBook.  However, I have just purchased an Asus Vivobook (X1505) but I cannot connect it via the USB C port.

Simply, it doesn't appear to detect a signal from the laptop to the monitors.

Any help or suggestions?

Is there anyway to connect to multiple displays then? And I mean extending onto 2 screens not mirroring

Unfortunately, it can only output one screen at a time.

For saying I’ve just paid nearly £500 for a brand new laptop that’s incredibly disappointing and shortsighted in todays age of technology.
