Battery saving feature

StudioBook H5600Q has a bug with battery saving functionality. When I set up to charge battery not more then 80% this functionality applies just for the main charger and do not work in case laptop charges with USB Type-C power delivery. I believe that this functionality should apply to any charge input.

After testing by the technical unit, the ASUS original ADP 100W PD can charge the battery to 80%, and it will not charge beyond 80% to 100%. Below are the relevant information during the test:
OS: 23H2 (22631.3155)
BIOS: 321
MyASUS: 4.0.6.0
ASCI: 3.1.24.0
