Urgent Complaint Regarding Recurring Hardware Issues with ASUS tuff Laptop

I am writing to report a series of ongoing and worsening hardware issues with my ASUS tuff laptop (Model:FX506HF )purchased in February 2024.

Over the past year, I have encountered multiple problems in the following sequence

1. Dead pixels began appearing on the display

2. The speakers started malfunctioning shortly thereafter

3. The motherboard failed, causing the laptop to shut down completely — this occurred on the very last day of the standard warranty, prompting me to purchase an extended warranty

4. More recently, the touchpad becomes unresponsive or erratic when the laptop is not plugged in, which affects usability.

5. The number pad has stopped functioning entirely.

6. And now, the display is not turning on at all, making the device practically unusable.

These recurring and compounding hardware issues have made the laptop highly unreliable despite being less than two years old. I am extremely disappointed that a product from a reputed brand like ASUS is facing this many problems in such a short span of time.

I request an urgent and thorough resolution under the extended warranty. I expect a full inspection and a permanent fix or replacement to address the repeated failures.

 Please respond as soon as possible.
