Detailed description:
Hi all!
I would like to know if someone could help me on this one :
My PC, even if I set "Never" on all the settings relative to the sleep mode, goes into it after just a few minutes while rendering something on Adobe Media Encoder. I mean, it shouldn't enter the sleep mode anyway with these settings, but it does during my render !
Another thing is that I want to render while having my lid closed (because of the OLED screen and the time that it takes). I've also set that in the Control Panel : "When I close the lid : Do nothing" on both the battery and the plugged mode... But it doesn't change anything : my PC stops rendering a few minutes after having closed the lid. I know it because the fans stop and I must enter my password to enter Windows again...
The PC is meant for the """creators""", it's written on it when you buy it! Such a strange creator's PC no? If you can't render...

Thank you!!
PS: Idk how to turn off the "screen saver" (an animation the PC displays when you do nothing), if it is possible? Is it part of the sleep mode or just something meant for the OLED display?

Regarding your question, please refer to the following FAQ.

Please let me know again if the situation you are reporting occurs when the screen is not closed.

Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Oh ok I see thank you!
However I have the same issue when the lid is not closed. A bit like if the PC didn't know Media Encoder was doing something (even if, with the settings, it shouldn't sleep in all cases!).
For example, if I launch a render it will sleep. But if at the same time I launch a YouTube video it will not sleep!
Also, I don't know how could I render something (during a long time) without damaging the OLED screen. Because as you know, a static image let during hours may cause burn-in... It's part of my choice to render with the lid is closed...
Thank you for your support!

Could you please tell me how long the system goes to sleep when using Media Encoder?
Or does it go to sleep immediately when you launch a render?
Also, does the situation improve if ASUS OLED Care is turned off?

Hi and sorry for not answering earlier!
I think that it depends but it usually go to sleep a few minutes after having launched a render and not immediatly.
I will try later to turn off ASUS OLED Care to see if it change something.
Thank you.
