My phone is just over one year old. Today it had a security update and shortly after that it turned itself off whilst I was browsing and it won’t turn back on. It doesn’t react when I plug the charger in but I don’t think it’s a battery related issue anyway as it was over 50% and I’ve always charged it to no more than 90%. Reading the forums it seems it’s a common problem. Can anyone advise? Thanks
