My phone is just over one year old. Today it had a security update and shortly after that it turned itself off whilst I was browsing and it won’t turn back on. It doesn’t react when I plug the charger in but I don’t think it’s a battery related issue...

Hi, I have a very annoying cursor symbol appearing in the middle of the screen every now and again. It happens when the phone is on standby and there is also a heptic feedback at the same time. It happens over and over again unless I wake the screen....
