Where can I file a complaint regarding manufacturing defects of my phone

They have the parts to fixnit here. They are not charging me the amount of the phone itself because they need anything shipped from Taiwan. You need to back up your product. I bought it overseas because i prefer your brand and its not available brand new here. So if the warranty is good why charge me at all. A reasonable amount i understand but charging me full price for the phone? A phone proven to break down on me every few months?? What sort of reasonable person would do that. If u want give me a reasonable price on the upgrade Asus 10 i'll go for that. But ask me tonpay full for a phone that will break down eventually, totally ridiculous. Send me an RMA instead because i need to returm your faulty product.

Well that doesn't work for me. This is a manufacturer defect. The unit should have been recalled if this is the reliability it can provide. Same issue every 8 mo's? Come on. I'm filing a complaint to your business beaureau as well as discourage anyone on all social media platform to purchase your stuff if this is the type of support you provide. Its a total scam. You can't even provide a feasible work around when its obviously an issue with the phone itself. Local warranty or not, you should support your products specially if you unit isn't reliable itself. I didn't buy this refurbished, i bought this brand new just like all my other units. Is this the reliability of your devices now?? Breaks down every 8 mos without any physical damage and pay for the retail price again for repair? Tell me if that's a reasonable way of doing business

What other solution can you offer?? Taiwan is not a feasible work around. If you support the product support it. Don't give me the run around

@Artsantos
As mentioned earlier, if your phone was purchased overseas by the dealer, regarding the product warranty, you will need to inquire with the dealer directly. If you require our assistance, you can contact customer service in your location. However, since the product was not purchased locally, repair diagnostics will incur testing and parts fees.

Also you can contact the local service center for help.
