We apologize for any inconvenience, but the warranty for the phone is valid only in the region where it was purchased. If you bought it through an online store from overseas and encounter warranty issues, we suggest contacting the retailer for further warranty inquiries.
According to your serial number inquiry, the warranty coverage for your phone is in Taiwan. Therefore, if you need repairs while in the Philippines, the repair center will charge you for diagnostic and parts fees.
