The problem is not resolved even with the use of ScreenPad Optimizer and restore the system

helmy2062I gave my laptop in to a third-party service center. Turns out a chip inside the screenpad plus was faulty. Had the chip replaced and the monitor stared working. Although, it was showing up as a regular monitor (with huge black bars on the sides), so I reset the PC and now it works normally.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/221896#Comment_221896
