Zenbook Battery

The battery on my Zenbook charges & holds a charge but as soon as I unplug the power cord it switches off.  Nothing happens when I try to start back up on battery untl I plig the power cord back in.

My Asus states the battery is abnormal but states there are no problems after diagnosis.

Any ideas please?

My model number is ZenBook UX325SA_UM325SA , i have already sent it to the service center but as per their observation battery issue (surprisingly in just the period of 9 months ) they have told me that they have replaced the battery. but now after 4 months, the same problem occurred. this is totally not acceptable for the such a premium laptop.

Same problem is there in my zenbook as well ASUS is making some cheap quality laptop with inferior materials.  I have purchased the laptop in month on July 2022 , in May 2023 i got an issue of battery where service center have replace the battery since it was under warranty and now again in oct 2023 same problem arises , now they are saying that you have to pay for the battery . i will never recommend asus to anyone in my office
