When I'm closing my laptop it's turn to sleeping mode. When I open it again to use it after I unlock my user with Windows Hello the windows crash with blue screen. I checked the event log and I found that the crash occured by the Kernel Power 41 error. I had Windows 11 before, but I reinstalled the Windows 10 but the problem still happens. What should I do now? Falcon_ASUSI've got the original SSD in my laptop. I think there is the time to bring it to service center. But actually I don't know when I'm able to do that, because I can not work without my laptop.
Is the SSD you installed originally provided to you by us?
If you cannot confirm whether it is caused by SSD or other hardware failure, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.
