Zenbook 15 OLED crashing?

My Zenbook 15 OLED has started to crash without warning. Usually this happens when it is idle for some time or when I put it in powersaving mode, but on several occassions it has happened while I use it. I have Norton installed for malware protection, but wonder if there are any similar problems elsewhere?

It is recommend that you first try updating to the latest BIOS, chipset, and graphics drivers via MyASUS or Windows Update.
Then, run a system diagnosis in MyASUS to check if there are any hardware abnormalities.
