UM425UA - Windows 10 and 11 crashing with Kernel Power 41 error when getting back from sleeping mode

Frequency of occurrence: most of the time
Reset OS: tried with downgrade to Win 10 from Win 11 but the issue still happens

Detailed description:
When I'm closing my laptop it's turn to sleeping mode. When I open it again to use it after I unlock my user with Windows Hello the windows crash with blue screen. I checked the event log and I found that the crash occured by the Kernel Power 41 error. I had Windows 11 before, but I reinstalled the Windows 10 but the problem still happens. What should I do now? Is the SSD you installed originally provided to you by us?
If you cannot confirm whether it is caused by SSD or other hardware failure, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.

Falcon_ASUSI've got the original SSD in my laptop. I think there is the time to bring it to service center. But actually I don't know when I'm able to do that, because I can not work without my laptop.Is the SSD you installed originally provided to you by us?
