Thanks for the reply. I uninstalled the ASUS System Control Interface, rebooted, and started MyASUS. It prompted me to update the System Control Interface, which I did. I have ASUSTek System Control Interface version 3.1.0.0 date: 1/8/2022.
It still crashes. On startup, I the Splendid crashed noticed.

remove splendid from startup items under task manager .
also delete all possible tasks registered under tasks schedulers
