System: Battery or AC: Model: Frequency of occurrence: Reset OS: Screenshot or video: ======================== Hello everyone! I recently (this year already!) bought a Zenbook UX425EA-71DHDCB1 and I have been slowly installing the software I need for work. However, today when I restarted it because it was giving me a wifi error - it was assuming ethernet instead of wifi - when it restarted it just showed an "ez flash check system power error. Please plug in AC Adapter" and it does not allow me to do anything. Waht is this error and how can I fix this? The laptop is brand new! I never had any issues with previous laptops. Many thanks in advance!
Hi there, After you plug in the adapter, does it start to update BIOS? It is quite common for the new laptop to go through several necessary BIOS and Windows update. Please kindly check and complete them first. Thank you.
