Problems with Touchpad and ScreenPad on the Zenbook Pro 15 UX535LI

Hello,


I have some problems with the touchpad and screenpad.
The touchpad doesn't show in the Device Manager , the F6 key (the key for selecting the mode for the screenpad) does not work.

The problem started suddenly. The ASUS ScreenXpert Optimizer gives me the error code: 0x00000010

Please go to Safe Mode to verify whether the touchpad device appears in Device Manager.

If the device still doesn't appear in Safe Mode, it's possible that there's a hardware issue with the touchpad, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.
