May be an issue with fan MY asus

Detailed description: when running diagnostics with customer support I get may have an issue with the fan. When I do one click diagnostic it comes back clear. Already called tech support and factory reset. Reinstalled my asus and control interface as well both fans seem to run fine i gamed all day and watched them and they got up to 5300 rpm just fine. Tech support was gonna have a tech expert call me back after i spent 1 hour on the phone with them instead they sent me an email to do all the same things they had me do before or start an rma as its under warrenty but the link for the rma does not work.
Is this a software bug?

I updated my BIOS this morning to 3.0.2.
The fan checking result is the same: there may be an issue with the fan.

For mine, even after bios/firmware updated yesterday morning and reinstalling MyASus, the issue persists. It is very strange to see that for one-click diagnosis, there is no issue found. But for customized fan check, there may be an issue with the fan with a red exclamation mark.
It looks like one-click and customized fan check use different modules for checking the fan.
