Can't upgrade Windows in my Asus UX425E from 10 Home to 10 Pro

If asus installed windows in business edition , which contains both professional and home edition..but if installed in single language home edition , sorry you cannot upgrade from windows settings..
try below steps.
download windows 10 iso from Microsoft official website , extract iso, click setup.exe with administrator rights, once upgraded means
insert professional license key and then activate.

Thx for the advice, I Have the CD of windows 10 Pro, I have try reinstall but the drive not detected.

normally windows 10 os does not fit CD, it will use DVD..
May be DVD disk is corrupted or not readable .
Your DVD writer is not properly responding.

open command prompt with administrator rights , type below line and post screenshot
