Is anyone has experience upgrading windows in ASUS UX 425EI try to input the serial number in menu Change product key but failed

Hi Mr. RajuThx for the advice, I Have the CD of windows 10 Pro, I have try reinstall but the drive not detected.maybe you have any other advice
