asus zenbook s16 screen flashes white when watching movies

can someone help me fix it? all components of the laptop are up to date and I just purchased it 2 days ago.

I am having the same issue.

i think its a hardware acceleration issue. i cant watch movies on the apps of streaming platforms because i cant toggle off the hardware acceleration but i CAN turn off hardware acceleration on google chrome and then it doesnt flash anymore when im watcjing a movie on chrome.

How to find Model Name
What are the current system version(operating system build number) & BIOS version you are using?
Also, what is the name of the app you are using to watch movies?
