Every day when I come to my office and turn on the laptop Asus Zenbook Pro 15 OLED, the external connected display does not work. The laptop itself is outputting the information for the external display as clearly the mouse can go outside the laptop screen, but the external monitor does not show anything. Tried with 4 monitors in the office (which I am sure they work) and the issue persist.
This is a big issue as everyday I need unplug the HDMI, turn off the laptop, turn it on again and re-plug the HDMI.
I contacted ASUS support and received a link to update the BIOS, but this did not solve the problem.
My advice is to consider your purchase of ASUS ZenBook Pro 15 OLED until this issue is fixed if you plan to use it with external monitor daily!

@Nikolay2
May I know the full model name of the laptop you are using?
If your mouse cursor can be moved to an external monitor and is visible there, it is likely caused by a system software or graphics card driver issue.
I would recommend referring to the following FAQ for instructions on uninstalling the graphics card and reinstalling the drivers to troubleshoot the issue.

Hello,

I already tried to re-install the graphics card driver from the device manager. I tried also with the newest BIOS version. Unfortunately, nothing helped and the laptop continue to have this issue. I tried also to roll back driver, but it does not help as well. Here is all the data from MyASUS:

Thank you in advance for the help provided.
Kind regards,

@Nikolay2
If you have already reinstalled the drivers but the issue persists, to eliminate the possibility of a system malfunction, it is recommended to back up your laptop data and perform a system restore for further confirmation.
