I bought new laptop, and after there is update coming for bios,
when i tried to update , bios asking me for password , and i did not set any bios password ,
i went to service center , they told me bios password is user responsibility , and there is no solution except changing mainboard and i have to pay ,
maybe the asus dealer give me returned pc and sold it as new ,
now am suffering because there is massage appear asking me for restart to complete update , and am stack
when i restart because of password, then back to windows and asking again to restart for update, am ignoring it, but that is very annoying.
and Asus customer care did not solve my issue,
so please before you buy , don't trust dealer , and check everything including bios password,
any one there can help me to unlock this password ? please support

@asbahi
Unfortunately, if the BIOS password is lost, if you need to troubleshoot the problem, it needs to replace the motherboard.
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
