I bought this laptop about a month ago and often when I watch videos or switch tabs my computer screen will go black for a few seconds then turn back on, this will sometimes cause the apps to crash or the videos to reset etc. I have been able to reduce how often this happens by reducing the refresh rate to 60hz but it still happens occasionally and is super frustrating. Has anyone else had this type of issue with a Zenbook or has any advice to fix? Thanks 🙂
