It is recommended to go to Device Manager > Keyboards / Human Interface Devices, and check if there are any abnormal devices (yellow exclamation mark). Or, uninstall the keyboard and restart the laptop to let it reinstall the driver.
Since your device's keyboard is detachable, it is also recommended to try reinstalling the keyboard to confirm whether the problem has improved.
