Vivobook X15022, poor sound quality when using a USB headset

We have 8 x  Vivobook X15002 laptops and all are experiencing poor sound quality issues when using USB connected Headsets.

The headsets work perfectly with other models and brands, but same issue on ALL the Vivobook X15002 models.

Has anyone else experienced issues ?

Disable Audio Enhancements: Turn off any audio enhancements or equalizers in Windows settings. Test Different USB Ports: Try using different USB ports on the laptop to see if the issue persists.

Have you checked the audio settings? Maybe there's a setting specific to USB devices that needs adjusting.

Could you please provide the complete model name of the laptop you are using?
How to find Model Name
What are the current BIOS version, system version(operating system build number),  and audio card driver version you are using?
Additionally, could you please provide the brand and model of the headset you are using?
