November 2021 brought a Vivobook 14" pro oled i5 K3400 in closed box.
I installed Linux on it, worked flawless.
I was restless behind the laptop. I developed headace and getting naucia sitting behind it.
Didn't know what it was. After 1 year of searching I think it is PWM.
Setting the brightness on 100% isn't possible... too bright.
Contacting the local store Levix and Asus support resulting in it is my problem not theirs.
Searching online, resulting in more problems with the display.
You put something in the market but you're not responseble for it.
I'm stuck with this laptop that I can't use because I get sick from it.
And selling it now for 40% of it lost of it cost.
I'm very dissaponted at the local store and Asus.
I guess there won't be a next time... And my advice to people won't be Asus.
A disappointed customer.
Does somebody have an idea how to solve it?

I have installed Windows 10. With myASUS en all the drivers and put these configuration in but it didn't work for me. Then played with the Oled flickering... nothing seems to help.
My eyes are contant foccusing, it still is blurred then focused for few seconds.
I could have updated the bios when Ubuntu was on there but I wanted to expercienced it my self.
What can I do now?

My laptop version is N7400PC (11300H\RTX3050)
At the moment I have BIOS version 303
ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.12.0
Windows 11
Brightness 60%
(OLED Flicker Free Dimming to 80%)
At the moment I do not feel discomfort from PWM!
When I had BIOS version 303 and ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.11.0 (and earlier versions) - I suffered from PWM!
I'm 99% sure that PWM is due to ASUS System Control Interface v3
But ASUS does not officially recognize this !!!
What version do you have?

The version is ASUS System Control Interface version V3.1.12.0 on Windows 10.
Can you film it that there is isn't any or less PWM?
