How do I find out which specific driver has been updated?

It's used for OLED screensaver. Now ASUS is contacting with Microsoft for WU not show correct name.

ASUS clearly has a problem with the name of the drivers.
Here are just a few examples:
Realtek - Software Package - 11.0.6000.37
Realtek - SoftwareComponent - 1.0.0.10
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. - System - 3.1.24.0Intel Corporation(R) - Extension - 1.0.2251.0
Intel Corporation - System - 30.100.2104.1
Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 10.0.235.46
From such names, it is not clear for which component the driver is installed/updated...

Microsoft's mechanism only displays the publisher's name followed by the extension, which is also the case for Intel/Realtek. Therefore, this is considered a normal phenomenon.
