Bluescreen when my bluetooh tws earphone connected

Hi all, 

I am facing issue when I was connect my bluetooth earphone and play the video or music, suddenly my laptop was blue screen. I had tried install the newest driver until update BIOS. but the result is no change.

When my screen was blue screen, the error message is

stop code: system_service_exception
what failed: amdacpbus.sys

Please help me

Could you please let us know the exact model of the laptop you are using?

I would suggest that you refer to the following FAQ to uninstall the Bluetooth device from the Device Manager and then reinstall the driver provided by us to see if the issue improves.
