Began an initial start of the laptop, I have the UEFI page with the settings, no Boot options, the laptop won’t go further. Windows is not installed I guess, how is that even normal? Isn’t that supposed to be a default set-up of the laptop?
@alinaxpand98 Some laptops available in certain places may not include an operating system in their specifications. I have messaged you, please provide your laptop serial number through the message for further verification. Alternatively, I suggest contacting the purchasing dealer to inquire about the specifications at the time of shipment. Thank you.
