Stucked pixel and flickering problems on Asus vivobook pro k6604j

Hi everyone!

I recently bought Asus 16" vivobook pro k6604j. 

I am dealing with an issue of Flickering screen and one stuck pixel on display.

All my drivers are up to date.

I format the pc and the pixel problem is fixed but i dont want to see this proble in the future again.

And Sometimes I am dealing with scaling problem because of 3.2k

Are there any solution to fix these problem without sending the service center?

May I ask if you could provide a video illustrating the current issue you are experiencing for my confirmation?
Additionally, please provide your current BIOS version, system version (operating system build number), and graphics card driver version for our assessment. Thank you.

I uploaded the video. My drivers are up to date but I am not sure about the bios.

From the video you provided, it seems that you only opened the Device Manager, clicked on detailed information, and I did not see the mentioned issue. Could you please clarify the problem you are experiencing while using the device? Is it possible to record the issue with a smartphone or another device for better understanding? Thank you.
