Lost sound settings

As you know, Microsoft very often releases cumulative updates.
So after installing these updates, my sound settings fly off!
"Hardware Audio Acceleration" is automatically enabled, and "DTS Audio Processing" is automatically enabled.
And I have to adjust the sound every time...
Why is this happening???

I have Windows 11 installed
All drivers and Bois are downloaded from the ASUS website.
Notebook model: Vivobook Pro 14X OLED (N7400\X7400PC)

The latest update I installed was KB5016691
And after installing it, I have a sound settings fly...

Could you please tell me the BIOS and system version you are currently using?
[Notebook] How to check the model name and BIOS version | Official Support | ASUS GlobalWhich version of Windows operating system am I running?Also, what is the audio driver version you are currently using?

The technical unit used the same laptop as you to update and install the KB, and it can be used normally. We would recommend you remove the audio driver and KB5016691 and reinstall them again. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
