Cold boot up time on Asus Vivobook 14X is more than 15 secs | Model- K3405ZF-LY541WS

• Frequency of occurrence- 100% (both on Battery & AC)

•Troubleshooting performed: Reset the PC twice using cloud recovery method & updated everything (windows update, drivers & all)

Problem discription:

The cold boot-up time (I am referring to time between the power button is pressed & screen lits up with Asus logo) is more than 15 seconds. This is the case since I bought it (3 weeks).

This doesn't seems normal because all other laptops have cold boot-up time of less than 5 seconds. Please advise where the problem is?

May I ask what the BIOS version of your laptop is? Have you updated it to the latest version? 
If you've confirmed a system restore, and the BIOS has been updated to the latest version, but the issue still persists, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.
