Ux3404VA cloud recovery

  • Zenbook ux3404va getting this error. tried all hotspot, fixing date time. It began with the failing of cloud recovery via winre that corrupted the os and had to go through cloud recovery within uefi. it worked without a problem before but from a month giving the same error. even when connected to china server getting network error after 80-90 percent progress. network is fine. tried with mobile data as well as alternative wifi and ssid portable hotspot but same issue. tried resetting bios to factory, power reset, and even fully cleaning ssd. still the same. urgent need of bios update or firmware to fix it . zenbook ux3404 q420va i7 model. it worked well before and was successful with cloud recovery many times before from same wifi and location. Nepal server if its trying to connect may be a problem. if so kindly request asus to work on asia pacific nepal server or provide iso image that mimics the cloud recovery or a bootable iso image with integrated cloud recovery with winre to initialize the process from there if possible
