What is this error?
How to fix it?

The "Splendid" driver is installed up-to-date for my laptop model.

All the same, when you turn on the laptop, the Splendid error appears in the logs.

And yet I do not understand why these functions themselves have earned?

@Falcon_ASUS The Splendid and OLED Flicker Free Dimming functions worked for me today by themselves!!!

I didn't do anything for it!

Didn't change any system settings.

MyASUS\ASUS System Control Interface\Splendid was not updated either!!!

There were no OS updates either!

The only thing I did was clear the OS of garbage using standard OS tools.

And even the error about Splendid in the OS logs is gone!!!

How is this possible, why did these functions suddenly work??? o.0

Could you tell me more about cleaning the OS with built-in tools? 
My laptop came clean without any system installed. When I installed the Splendid I had to struggle because after installing it it did not show up on MyAsus.
Maybe the problem is that there is a certain order of installation of drivers provided by the engineers?

Settings\System\Memory
1. Temporary Files.
2. Memory control.

Manually deleting files from the Windows\Temp and SoftwareDistribution\Download folder

Next, I delete
AppData\Local\Temp

I also delete the restore point.

And once again I start cleaning the disk, but through the explorer.

I updated ASUS System Control Interface v3 to version V3.1.5.0 and the Splendid error appeared again in the Windows logs...
True now only after turning on the laptop.
But the features still work.
Now I have rolled back to version V3.1.4.0 again, the error also appears after turning on the laptop.
