How soon will your "relevant department" respond?
And one of these problems, PWM makes it very difficult to use a laptop ...

We tried to replicate your problem with the same laptop and driver, Splendid works fine without any error message. Since you reported that the Splendid function is invalid, this situation may only appear on your laptop, we recommend that you do a system restore first. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Then how would you explain my problem?

Why is this happening?

Why did these functions stop working for me?

I didn't touch/delete/change any system files!

I did not install software for working with the registry and other system parameters!

I only changed those settings that are available after installing the drivers in their control panels!

Why can't you bring your software back to normal?

Why do I have to reinstall Windows every week?

And spend your time looking for a solution to a particular problem?
