It doesn't matter whether it's a light game or a heavy game, my laptop always crashes a few seconds into the game

Outdated or corrupt graphics card drivers can cause games to crash. You can update your graphics card drivers by visiting your graphics card manufacturer's website. Overheating can cause all sorts of problems with your laptop, including crashes.

@danieldz
May I ask which specific laptop model you are using?
Have you previously attempted to update the BIOS, graphics card drivers, and the system to the latest versions?
Additionally, please confirm whether the laptop's temperature becomes excessively high when the system crashes.
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
