Good evening,
When I just turn on my computer and I have nothing open, it takes up 9 GB out of RAM of 16. I have almost nothing open in the background (and the things that are definitely do not take up 9gb in total) and I do not have any application set to open itself when you turn on the computer.
Normally I've been fine, because for the things I usually do (streams playing) has not given me any problem. The thing is that recently some friends and I want to play a game, but this game normally occupies almost 5GB of RAM. Therefore, with everything closed and only that game open it occupies almost 16GB. I think this is not normal, my friends occupy the same RAM with that ganme but they have only 4-5GB of RAM in use when they don't have any other processes (and they all have 16GB of RAM). So they can play with other things open (like the program we use to make calls) and still have like 5GB free, but I can't, because with the game open my computer is almost 100% occupied (plus it goes a bit slow if I do).
How can I solve this?

@Alex_27
Could you please let me know the full model of the laptop you are using?
[Windows 11/10] How to check the model name and BIOS version
Are the BIOS and system versions currently updated to the latest versions?
If you have confirmed that all background programs are closed but still experience memory overload and system lag when running the game alone, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game to check again. If the issue persists, there may be a system fault. We suggest backing up your data and restoring the system to see if the issue is resolved.
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
